Arihant Packaging is a manufacturer and trader of eco-friendly disposable paper products, operating through two verticals:

• B2B Raw Material Supply — Paper cup blanks, cup bottoms, coated reels, and related materials for manufacturers.
• DIVAYU Brand — Finished, ready-to-use premium paper cups and related products sold to businesses.

• Availability of stock and production capacity at the time of order.
• Mutual agreement on pricing, quantity, and delivery terms.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any enquiry or order at our sole discretion.

5 Pricing

All prices quoted — whether on the Website, in catalogues, or during enquiry responses — are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be agreed upon in writing before order confirmation.

All applicable taxes including GST shall be charged as per prevailing Indian tax law and will be specified in the formal invoice/order confirmation.

6 Payment Terms

Payment terms (advance payment, credit period, cheque, NEFT/RTGS/UPI) will be mutually agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Arihant Packaging reserves the right to withhold dispatch until payment or credit conditions are satisfactorily met.

Late payments may attract interest charges as mutually agreed in writing.

7 Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order size, production schedules, and logistics conditions. Arihant Packaging is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, logistics disruptions, or government restrictions.

Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon handover to the transporter, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8 Returns & Refunds

Returns or replacements will be considered only in the following circumstances:

• Products have a proven manufacturing defect reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Wrong product or quantity delivered, as against the confirmed order.

Claims must be made in writing to arihantpackagingdelhi@gmail.com along with photographic evidence. Arihant Packaging's decision on returns/replacements shall be final.

No refunds or returns will be accepted for customised or printed products unless there is a manufacturing defect.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, the DIVAYU brand name and logo, product photographs, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Arihant Packaging and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
